Su publicaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo brindar total <b>transparencia<\/b> a los datos de salarios y remuneraciones, as\u00ed como a la proporci\u00f3n de hombres y mujeres que ocupan puestos de gesti\u00f3n en nuestra empresa.<\/p><p>Creemos que la transparencia es el camino fundamental para la construcci\u00f3n de un ambiente de trabajo m\u00e1s justo y diverso.
