WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
Flash Engenharia’s Whistleblowing Channel is a secure and confidential platform for employees, suppliers, clients, and the general public to report misconduct, ethical irregularities, or legal non-compliance.
The channel also covers matters related to environmental management, allowing the reporting of:
- Non-compliance with environmental legislation
- Improper disposal of waste
- Environmental incidents or risks
- Soil, water, or air pollution
- Breach of environmental licenses/permits
All reports will be analyzed with seriousness, confidentiality, and responsibility. While identifying yourself is recommended to facilitate contact and follow-up, anonymous reports will also be thoroughly investigated. Flash Engenharia guarantees identity protection and a non-retaliation policy.
