1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the DIGITAL CHANNELS of FLASH ENGENHARIA. Thank you for taking the time to read the Terms and Conditions of Use of FLASH ENGENHARIA.
The following document presents the Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) to you (the “USER”). This document lists the primary rules to be observed by everyone accessing the Digital Channels of FLASH ENGENHARIA (“DIGITAL CHANNELS”), as well as instructions for using FLASH ENGENHARIA services.
The purpose of these Terms is to establish rules regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of the services and features offered by the DIGITAL CHANNELS, in addition to recording activities in accordance with applicable laws, ensuring transparency and clarity for the USER and the market in general.
As a condition for accessing and using the exclusive features of our DIGITAL CHANNELS, the USER declares that, by accepting them or using FLASH ENGENHARIA services, they have voluntarily and carefully read these Terms in full and are fully aware of all its provisions, as well as other policies incorporated herein by reference, thereby granting their free and express agreement with the rules stipulated.
To access certain features available on the DIGITAL CHANNELS, the USER must first register. Each USER is allowed only one single registration. If more than one registration is identified for the same USER, one or all of these accounts may be suspended or canceled without penalty to FLASH ENGENHARIA.
- Individuals: USERS must be at least 14 years old. If under 18, they must be assisted by parents or legal guardians.
- Legal Entities: The USER must be the legal representative of the company or possess powers to represent it before FLASH ENGENHARIA.
FLASH ENGENHARIA may refuse, suspend, or cancel the Access Account of any USER who uses it fraudulently, incorrectly, or violates these Terms.
2. SECURITY
The DIGITAL CHANNELS utilize protection barriers (firewalls) and security procedures to safeguard assets and prevent unauthorized misuse or alteration of data.
- The USER is responsible for providing and sending data.
- Access to transactional areas is performed via Login and Password, which are individual and non-transferable. The USER is strictly responsible for managing these credentials.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
USERS are responsible for and undertake to:
- Use the DIGITAL CHANNELS correctly and ethically, respecting legal principles.
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration data.
- Maintain the confidentiality of access data (Login and Password).
- Use strong passwords and avoid reusing them across third-party platforms.
- Recognize that all operations performed after successful digital authentication are their sole responsibility.
- Respect all Intellectual Property rights belonging to FLASH ENGENHARIA (brands, logos, software, etc.).
- Prohibitions: USERS shall not perform reverse engineering, use automated data mining software (bots), or access programming areas/source code.
4. FLASH ENGENHARIA RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
FLASH ENGENHARIA undertakes to:
- Maintain functionality and usability (unbroken links and intuitive layout).
- Display features clearly and accurately.
- Protect collected data using the current state of the art.
- Availability: FLASH ENGENHARIA endeavors to maintain continuous availability but is not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, force majeure (natural disasters), or third-party failures (ISP outages).
5. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
FLASH ENGENHARIA is not responsible for:
- Bugs, glitches, or malfunctions in the USER’s hardware/devices.
- Direct or indirect damage caused by third-party events (hacker attacks, system failures, viruses).
- The content or security of external links provided on the DIGITAL CHANNELS. USERS access these at their own risk.
6. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS
Our DIGITAL CHANNELS may contain links or frames to third-party websites or apps. These are provided solely for USER convenience. FLASH ENGENHARIA does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, data protection, or content of such third parties.

8. ABOUT THE DIGITAL CHANNEL
FLASH ENGENHARIA is a relationship portal and a DIGITAL CHANNEL. Features are available to all USERS who complete their registration and expressly consent to these Terms.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Service Channels: Support is provided through the channels available on the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
- Updates: FLASH ENGENHARIA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon publication.
- Communication: Emails and SMS sent to the registered addresses are considered valid and effective communication.
- Time Zone: The DIGITAL CHANNELS operate based on the official Brasilia (GMT-3) time and date.
- Indemnity: The USER agrees to indemnify and hold FLASH ENGENHARIA harmless from any losses, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from their misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language. The Forum of the USER’s domicile is elected to resolve disputes. Outside the State, JUSPRO – Justiça Sem Processo Mediação e Conciliação S/S Ltda. is appointed as the Mediation Chamber (pursuant to Art. 52, §7º of the LGPD).
11. DEFINITIONS
- AntiSpam: System to prevent unsolicited mass mailings.
- Bugs: Logic failures preventing operations.
- Cloud Computing: Service virtualization technology via interconnected servers.
- Access Account: Credential (username/password) for exclusive features.
- Glitches: Unexpected malfunctions.
- IP: Internet Protocol address.
- Layout: Visual design and flow of the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
- Logs: Records of USER activities.
- Controller: FLASH INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO DE PRODUTOS E SISTEMAS ELETROELETRONICOS LTDA (CNPJ No. 04.844.206/0001-59).
- USER: Natural person or legal entity representative interacting with the platform.
