SALARY TRANSPARENCY REPORT

In compliance with Law No. 14,611/2023, which mandates salary equality and remuneration criteria between men and women, and regulated by Decree No. 11,795/2023, we present our Report on Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria.

This document reflects our firm commitment to equity in the workplace. Its publication aims to provide full transparency regarding salary and remuneration data, as well as the proportion of men and women occupying management positions in our company.

We believe that transparency is the fundamental path toward building a fairer and more diverse work environment. The report, in a consolidated and anonymized format (in accordance with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD), was generated by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) based on our data and is available below for public consultation.
